Dreamfall

I would like to use Dreamfall to have a pendant created for my best friend's 30th (she feels that the picture inspires her the most in her writing). The lady I'd like to get it completed by has advised that I will require written permission from you before she can go to work due to copyright laws. 
Would it please be okay if I had the image used for the creation of 1 pendant?
